TeslaMeow — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TeslaMeow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TeslaMeow is a companion app for TeslaMate that displays Tesla vehicle data from your self-hosted TeslaMate/Grafana instance. The App does not directly connect to Tesla's servers or APIs. All data is retrieved from your own TeslaMate installation.

3. Requirements

To use the App, you need:

• A self-hosted TeslaMate instance with Grafana enabled
• A valid Grafana API token with read access
• An iOS device running iOS 18.0 or later

4. Subscriptions

TeslaMeow offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("TeslaMeow Pro") that provides access to extended data ranges and additional features.

• Subscription Name: TeslaMeow Pro Monthly
• Duration: 1 month, auto-renewable
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

Free users can access vehicle data from the last 7 days. Pro subscribers unlock full data history (up to 90 days and beyond), USB tools, and advanced vehicle metrics.

5. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your data.

6. Data and Security

The App connects directly to your self-hosted server. Your server URL, API tokens, and vehicle data are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your vehicle data on our servers.

7. Disclaimer

TeslaMeow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc. or TeslaMate. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the displayed data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Apple Standard EULA

This App is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
